Health and Wellness Coaching

What is Health and Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a holistic approach to helping people identify:
-What changes they would like to make in their life;
-Why they want to make those changes;
-How to remove the obstacles between where they are now and where they want to be.
Wellness is individualistic and multidimensional. Topics covered include health topics and diagnosis,
nutrition, movement, relationships, personal/professional growth, education, stress balance and self-
management, financial matters, purpose/spirituality, sleep, energy, leisure/recreation and so much
more.
As a coach, I will partner with you to determine your values, beliefs, and goals and together we will
design a plan to achieve optimal wellness.
Please note: health and wellness coaching is not a substitute for medical care/advice or mental health
counseling.

Coaching Services
-Monthly coaching: includes 2 – 60-minute sessions, mid-month check-in, and accountability text
messages. Typical coaching engagements run for 3 – 6 months, depending on the client.
-Laser coaching: This includes 3—30-minute sessions and check-in. Laser coaching focuses on a
specific area of challenge to help the client move forward quickly.
